Biography
Abbas M. Hassan, Ph.D. is currently Assistant Professor acting a chairperson of Architectural Engineering Department at Dhofar University in Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Abbas is Associate professor at Al-Azhar University in Egypt.
His work is centred on Architectural, housing and sustainable developments. Dr. Hassan received his Ph.D. in Architecture from Chonnam National University in the Republic of Korea (2016). He was a visiting researcher at School of Architecture, Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. He got his M.Sc. from Alazhar University in Egypt (2009) and graduated from this University in 2001 ranked first and appointed as a teaching assistant in 2002.
Dr. Hassan is an Author for many articles published at prestigious peer-reviewed journals. He also acted as a Guest Editor for two special issues of Elsevier’s Journal. Dr. Hassan is an Editorial Board Member at some journals among which is the European Journal of Sustainable Development Research in UK.
